Well, Would You Lucca That?
On Tuesday, on a whim, I decided to go to Lucca, a small walled town about an hour west of Florence. I wandered around town taking lots of pictures, walked through the Piazza Anfiteatro (an oval shaped piazza created by the curve of the buildings around it), and climbed up the Torre Guinigi. I had lunch, a mouthwatering truffle pasta, at the delicious restaurant I ate at last time I was in Lucca, called Buca S. Antonio. Then I headed back to Florence. Such a great little day trip.
