Manhattan by Sail
This past weekend I took a lovely sail around New York Harbor on a sailboat through the company Manhattan by Sail. They offer a bunch of interesting options, from a basic daytime sail to a late night burlesque sail. It was the perfect day to be on the water, with just enough of a breeze that it wasn't overly hot, bright blue skies, and a few wispy clouds hanging around. It was such a nice reprieve from the city and a really great way to experience the harbor. We got the tickets on Gilt for $35 and they included a $10 drink voucher! Even without a coupon, the sails were very affordable and worth the money -- I would highly recommend a nice NYC sail.
