I stopped by this laid back brunch place recently and despite the unimpressive diner-style decor, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I got avocado toast and Lena got a (massive) chicken salad sandwich and we split some cinnamon donuts. The atmosphere was much less pretentious than some New York places can be for a Sunday brunch and we were able to have a meandering, casual conversation, rather than feeling the bustle of places like Sarabeth's. It was a welcome change of pace with reasonable prices and good classic food.
