Flowers in Your Hair
"I'd rather wear flowers in my hair than diamonds around my neck..."
I don't mind the moisture in the air or the red of my skin or the sudden shifts of the wind or the stifling heat. I grew up in a semi-tropical environment, I really feel most comfortable there. Maybe I'll go live on a deserted island in the South Pacific... With a few dogs to keep me company and a constant supply of books shipped to me monthly... Spend the days floating amongst the fishes, wandering aimlessly through foliage, feel the sand in my toes and the sun on my back, eat some coconuts for dinner... Wishful thinking, but a girl can dream, right?!
