Ride on Coattails
I bought this jacket in Salzburg, Austria, from a wonderful little store called Münchner Manufaktur, and was so excited for the chance to wear it once the temperature started to cool down. It's such a beautiful, classically elegant design that makes me feel a little like I've stepped into the 19th century. I went all out with the riding theme and paired it with khaki pants, a white frilled shirt, and my two-tone riding boots -- ready to hop onto my noble steed and gallop off into the distance. I miss riding so much (I've been riding horses since I was five years old but haven't been able to while living in NYC for college) but it's fun to feel like I've still got that equestrian style.
