Never Go Out of Style
Wandering around Charleston, I stopped at a great little boutique and found this asymmetrical take on the classic white shirtdress. Though it was a little chilly the day I wore it around, the sun was warmly shining so I didn't mind quite as much. We stopped for a southern style brunch at Poogan's Porch then spent the morning exploring downtown before I had to head to the airport. The downtown area has so many historic buildings, all so beautifully maintained, and it's as if the whole town was planned for the purpose of being pretty in its classic style. I've read a few books about the history of the area and from what I can tell they've held with tradition and just added on some modern touches, which I love. I cannot wait until I can go back and spend more time learning about the area.
