I'm With the Band

Every once in awhile when shopping I'll see a piece that I just have to have. I know it's over-the-top, I know it's a little extravagant, but I can't help but get excited about it. This jacket is a prime example. Wearing this statement band jacket made me feel like Taylor Swift for some reason and I marched around Brooklyn singing “Look What You Made Me Do” loudly and much to the embarrassment of Ashley, then telling her I couldn't come to the phone right now because the old Em is dead. But isn’t it such a great piece?! When I saw it I immediately knew I had to have it—I just love how extravagant it is, especially paired with some black jeans and fun gold boots.
